Eco-refurb of neglected community hall

Westgate Hall in the heart of Canterbury was constructed around 1908 as a drill hall for the Rifle Volunteers. It served the military throughout the first and second world wars before being taken over by the Council in the 1960s and became a popular dance hall and community centre.
